Irvine Lanes Fundraisers run as follows:

• Pick a date & time for event
• Your guests attend event as walk-in guests and purchase what they’d like at the front desk (no coupons, promotions or special deals are valid during a fundraiser)
• They should then identify themselves to the desk, so they can keep a copy of the receipt for tracking
• Once the event is over, we ask for W-9 form from your organization and we process the 20% back on what was spent on bowling & shoe rental (food, alcohol, and vending not included)
• The check takes 30-60 days after the event with a valid W-9 turned in
