Reservation Terms & Conditions

RESERVATION MINIMUMS

Online reservations must be made at least 4 hours in advance. If you are wanting to book less than 4 hours in advance, the reservation department is open 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.

MASK REQUIREMENT

All unvaccinated guests are required to wear a facemask at all times unless actively eating or drinking (subject to change per city/county/state orders).


ADDITIONAL CATERING & OUTSIDE FOOD POLICY

We DO NOT ALLOW ANY OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE to come into the building, except a cake/cupcakes. Additional catering orders must be submitted by 1 day before your event.


DEPOSIT

All reservations require a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking.  If you change the date/time, it will transfer for up to 30 days (deposit not required for kid’s camps). If you do not reschedule within 30 days, your deposit payment is non-refundable.


RESERVATIONS MODIFICATIONS

If you need to change the number of lanes, you may do so up until your check-in time. Shoes are an estimate, you are charged for the number of guests who attend the day of your event.


CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT FORFEIT

Your lane(s) will only be held for 15 minutes.  If your party has NOT ARRIVED by then, your reservation will BE CANCELLED and the deposit FORFEITED.


ROOM RENTAL

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE any customer exclusive rights to a specific room and have the right to change the location based on other bookings.  All clients will be given a room appropriate for their guest count and social distancing requirements.


TECHNICAL SERVICES

We are happy to provide basic technical assistance with equipment rentals.  All equipment comes with industry standard connections and cabling.  Advanced technical services are available at extra cost.


BAR

If you have chosen to add drink tickets or unlimited wristbands valid for alcoholic beverages for your event, groups of 30 or more will incur a mandatory 18% service charge. This service charge will be added to the bill of beverages ordered during your event.


OUTSIDE VENDORS/ENTERTAINMENT/SECURITY/ETC.

Any vendor/entertainment you are paying for services MUST HAVE insurance documents that we require. Once required insurance documents are in place, an agreement will be sent to the vendor/entertainment. All insurance documents and agreement must be received at least 15 days prior to your scheduled event. If the required documents are not received at least 15 days before your event, these individuals will not be allowed on property. It is your responsibility to inform us of your intent to be providing outside vendors/entertainment/security etc. so we may send you the COI requirements.

If outside vendors, etc. do not have the required insurance, our insurance company may be able to provide coverage for an additional fee.  Details will be provided upon request.
